The Difference Between Rick Santorum’s and the Socialists’ Idea of a “Classless” Society

I remember awhile back when Presidential Candidate Rick Santorum stated in a speech that he didn’t like to speak of people as being a part of a particular class. He stated that we here in America are a classless society. Of course, that sent the class-warfare Liberals into a tizzy, as many tweets and blog/news article commentors lamented at Sen. Santorum’s “ignorance” of our current system. Of course, they said, we have a class system here in America and how dare he be so ignorant not to know that. And yet, other commentors (I suspect, probably Ron Paul supporters…just speculating) chastized him for further ignorance; for not knowing that a classless system is what the Socialists strive for.
